Wealth Renew is committed to providing high-quality financial guidance and business coaching services. Our policies and procedures ensure transparency, professionalism, and ethical business practices. By engaging with our services, clients agree to adhere to these policies.

• All new clients must complete an initial consultation to assess their needs and determine service eligibility.    

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information for effective financial and business guidance.    

• A signed service agreement and payment (if applicable) are required before services commence.

•    Payments must be made in full before service delivery unless a payment plan is arranged.

•    Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other authorized methods.    

•    Refunds will only be issued in cases where Wealth Renew fails to provide agreed-upon services. No refunds will be granted for completed services.

•    If a client fails to make scheduled payments, services may be suspended until the balance is settled.

• All client information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and will not be shared without written consent.    

•  Wealth Renew complies with data protection regulations and ensures the security of client records.

• Clients and consultants must maintain professionalism and mutual respect during all interactions.    

• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior will not be tolerated.    

•Wealth enew reserves the right to terminate services if a client engages in inappropriate conduct.

• Coaching sessions and consultations will be scheduled in advance and conducted via in-person meetings, phone calls, or virtual platforms.    

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.    

• All communication outside scheduled sessions will be addressed within 48 business hours.

• Wealth Renew provides business coaching and financial literacy services for educational purposes.    

• We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, as results depend on individual circumstances.    

• Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal or financial advice before making significant financial decisions.

• Either party may terminate services with written notice. 

• If a client terminates services before completion, they remain responsible for any outstanding fees.

• Wealth Renew reserves the right to update policies and procedures as necessary. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. By engaging with Wealth Renew, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies.
