Our commitment is to empower entrepreneurs, professionals, and small business owners with clarity, confidence, and actionable tools to grow sustainably. As a service-based business offering digital content, coaching, and live consulting, we maintain a clear and transparent refund policy to protect both our clients and our business integrity.

General Refund Terms

All purchases made through Wealth Renew—whether for digital downloads, online courses, one-on-one consultations, or coaching programs—are considered final. However, we understand that unique situations may arise. Our refund policy allows for flexibility under specific conditions to ensure a fair and professional client experience.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Digital Product Refund: If the product (such as an eBook, template, or course module) was not downloaded or accessed, and the request is made within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Live Session/Coaching Refund: If a scheduled coaching call or business consultation is canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Service Delivery Issues: If you experience a technical failure on our platform that prevents access to your purchase, and our support team is unable to resolve it.

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you unintentionally purchase the same product or service twice and can provide proof.

Note: All refund approvals are at the discretion of the Wealth Renew leadership team following a case review.

Non-Refundable Services

To preserve the integrity of our intellectual property and time-based service commitments, the following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Completed strategy or coaching sessions.

  • Accessed or downloaded digital products.

  • Customized financial plans, business audits, or email funnel builds.

  • Group coaching programs after the first session has been completed.

  • Missed sessions without prior rescheduling notice (no-shows).

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email [email protected] within the designated timeframes. Include your:

  • Full name

  • Date of purchase

  • Order number (if applicable)

  • Brief explanation for your request

We aim to respond within 5–7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
